  • Two annual checks – one before summer and one before winter for any home with up to 2 HVAC systems ($178 regular value)
  • Discounted $69 charge per service calls if there is an issue (regular price $89)
  • 5% discount on labor of any equipment installation if you have been a Standard member for at least 12 months
  • Up to 10 years limited warranty on the installation of new equipment (up to 10 years while you are a member of our company) with 10 years warranty for equipment, you will have parts and labor for free up to 10 years.
